1) Democrat Assembly Speaker Toni G. Atkins (D-San Diego)
announced on KNX 1070 news radio today, Mon. 2/9/15
Democrats in the California majority legislature are proposing a
bill to impose $ 52.00 'Road Use' TAX on every motorist's car
registration  FEE, AND a separate 'Road Use' Car Insurance
FEE:

1) A  new ( additional) $ 52.00 car registration FEE/ TAX per year
 on every Calif. motorist and
2) A separate CAR INSURANCE FEE on Calif. EVERY motorist in
California as 'ROAD USE' FEES to pay for road construction in
California ...

CA Assemblywoman Republican Kristin Olsen responded
 on KNX 1070 saying that money has already been allocated
for road construction and has been diverted and spent on
other things, that money needs to be put back. In addition Olsen
said that Governor Brown's High Speed Rail (over $ 60 BILLION)
is money that should be spent on roads instead !

Dear Fellow Patriot,
The legislature in Sacramento is back in session. The Democrats,
after the three special State Senate elections are completed will
be a couple of votes away from a super majority in both the Senate
and the Assembly. Just a couple of Republicans siding with the
Democrats on tax issues means higher taxes and bigger government.
There is a tax increase of $10 billion being proposed, plus we
have the $113 Billion General Fund budget proposal of Governor
Brown. Both of these have hidden problems. SB 8 by Democrat
Senator Bob Hertzberg would create taxes on all services. Pay your
attorney, a tax. Pay your accountant, a tax. Pay for dancing lessons
for your children, a tax. Pay for yoga, a tax. We are told this is to
replace Prop. 30, the seven year, $6 billion a year tax. Instead SB 8
would be a permanent tax on services, which have never been taxed
in California. The money is to go to education. Instead of fixing the
curriculum, ending the added one billion a year in Common Core
expenses (which sets standards low ones)  ...
